Full-Time Account Manager

£30,000 plus commission
Our client is looking for an Account Manager to work with their current clients in central London and across the UK. They deliver IP/Broadband solutions in the business to business market. Due to business growth this opportunity is to act as the customer advocate, building enduring relationships that ensure total customer satisfaction and therefore revenue is protected and grown. Additionally you will be responsible for generating new client relationships and closing new business. Full product training will be available.
The role entails the following responsibilities :
Developing effective relationships with various stakeholders in each customer organisation.
Answering queries from customers, regarding service or invoicing.
Liaise between engineering and the customer.
Deliver training to customers.
Building sales opportunities and generating new business/sales.
Negotiate contract renewals – reviewing terms and services.
You must be able to demonstrate the following
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident working with customers in a sales/service environment
* Experience of contract renewals and service reviews
* A current EU work visa and ability to work in London
* Experience in a technology organisation. Confident to explain technical services to customers- voice/data/mobile/broadband/EFM/IP/Wifi
There will be some travel around the UK to visit customers, which will require occasional nights away from home.
