Ethnic PAYG Product Marketing Manager – Germany / MVNO
Up to £50-60,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits
We are looking for a Go-to-Market Corridor Manager for a major global MVNO to shape and execute the strategy, proposition development and go-to-market process for the German ethnic corridor.
With a particular focus on German communities and pay-as-you-go markets, you will lead the development of the ethnic Corridor strategy by market opportunity sizing, utilising behavioural insights on PAYG usage, purchase, channel preference, churn and brand perception. Key to this role will be to define and support an engagement calendar model to enhance bonding and ethnic connection at key times of the year or occasions i.e. by integrating the brand with religious festivals, contests and security needs within the ethnic corridor, focusing in particular on high value customer retention.
Success in the role will be measured equally across four areas : PAYG subscriber additions, setting up of an insights mechanism, real churn reduction and the timely completion of key corridor launch programmes.
We are interested in speaking with candidates of German nationality with the following experience :
Go-to-market / Product Marketing / Propositions Development experience gained within an ethnically-focused European MVNO / MNO. PAYG / prepay experience preferred.
Candidates of German descent and market experience essential
Ability to work in a highly changeable, fast-moving environment. Ability to work effectively with teams within Product, Insight, Propositions, Country Management and Brand, both in the UK and Central Europe

Must have strong command of English.
