£70,000 – £80,000 plus 20-30% bonus and outstanding corporate benefits

expand Search & Selection has been engaged to source a highly motivated Head of Service with leadership qualities to be accountable for all aspects of service delivery for their top level accounts
This is a highly visible role working with all levels of this organisation you will be working in partnership with others in the Account and Service Management Team to build close relationships with customers, owning overall accountability for the Service relationship, for driving Service improvement and the cost to deliver service. This role interfaces with Customers at an executive level. Key partners within insurance, utilities, retail and banking.
To be considered you will have the following experience:
Strong stakeholder exposure at Senior Executive level
Strong background in delivering strategic service relations with 1-3 large customers
Natural gravitas and customer focus
Exposure to high value, complex Blue Chip customer contracts
Complex problem solving
Working in a highly pressurised environment that is subject to change
Working within the ITIL methodology
