Senior Propositions & amp; Pricing Manager
A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Proposition & Pricing Manager to join the MVNO team. The main purpose of this role will be to develop, launch and evolve the consumer proposition roadmap to acquire incremental customers and grow and retain profitable customers. Accountable for performance of all categories including, Pre-Pay, Post-Pay, Data & International branded propositions that support the multi-channel trading plan and commercial KPI’s.
The role involves supporting the customer loyalty strategy, creating efficient and effective plans with propositions to maximise customer lifetime value and achieve upgrade and churn targets
In this role you will:
Develop the MVNO proposition strategy – including but not limited to:
Work with insights teams to lead proactive insight roadmap to understand the market and consumer needs.
Lead teams and own the development of new propositions for acquisition, tactical promotions, across online, retail and telesales channels.
Create commercially profitable products, propositions and value added services.
Develop innovative branded propositions based on consumer insight.
Be a mobile subject matter expert on competitor acquisition and retention offerings in the UK GTM (go to market) – Delivery
Launch propositions within the GTM process and framework, engaging key internal and external partners / stakeholders and project managing propositions where needed.
Launch propositions within agreed budgets, resource and timeframes requirements.
Post implementation performance review undertaken for each proposition and shared across business
In order to be considered for this role, you must have:
Analytical and commercial skills – understanding the commercial levers to achieve objectives
Negotiation, including skills with internal and external partners
Relationship building & people management
Ability to deliver multiple requirements against tight deadlines and react to last minute change
Good creative judgement
Excellent communication skills
Acquisition experience within retail and mobile telecoms sector
Product development, delivery and rationalisation
Retention strategy development – tactical and strategic
Customer focus, analysis and insight
CRM solution development & requirements
Expert analytical and numerical skills
MVNO specific experience
Working knowledge and experience of working with customer service teams.
