Context and Purpose:
Three Wholesale is set for exponential growth over the next five years. Reporting to the Head of Wholesale Partnerships, you will be a key member of the Partner Management team responsible for managing a portfolio of MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator)partnerships and therefore you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the team achieves these growth ambitions.
The Wholesale Partner Manager will be responsible for key elements of the relationship, managing the commercial contract, the governance framework and ensuring that Three deliver and continue to serve the MVNO service obligations.
Working in one of Three`s youngest and fastest growing departments, you will contribute to the creation and implementation of innovative strategic account plans, managing partner relationships, understanding partner needs, and developing tailored solutions and business cases that will help to grow the business. You will be the voice of the partner internally and contribute to a wider cross-functional virtual team to offer exceptional support, from commercial and technical solutions to operational support services.
Through effective management, problem solving and trouble-shooting, you will actively contribute to Three UK`s Wholesale margin growth.
We are looking for someone who is very talented, self-motivated, and tenacious,results driven with a strong customer focus. You will need to have excellent organisational skills, be able to work cross functionally and be calm under pressure.

Commercial Performance – Be the first commercial point of contact for the partner(s) and other Wholesale team members. When required take ownership in order to ensure the optimal outcome for both parties. Work with Commercial Finance function to develop clear, innovative business cases and pricing models that balance value, risk and profitability.
Service and Customer Experience – Understand partner requirements, growth initiatives and market challenges, work closely with cross functional teams to deliver cost effective methods of support and increased levels of performance. Suggest enhancements of Three`s capabilities whenever needed. Capture and analyse new requirements from the MVNO. Engage with Technical and Project Management Teams for solutions and required enhancements to be implemented. Monitor and report on operational performance, implementing actions to address under-performance as appropriate.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Build, develop and maintain effective, co-operative relationships with key stakeholders within the Three UK business who are instrumental in achieving business objectives. Develop strong and open partner relationships, influencing partner strategy where appropriate.
MVNO Champion – Develop deep understanding of the client`s culture, organisation and commercial priorities. Continually seek to identify opportunities to consult into the MVNO and add value whilst developing commercial benefit for Three
Market Expertise – Keep abreast of market pricing, products and services, and have a full understanding of the customer experience delivered by the partner and the partner`s competitors
Experience in either an account management role or position managing a 3rd party.
Business and financial skills; able to assess risk,and plan contingency
Ability to take ownership and drive performance in a fast moving industry
Excellent inter-personal and communications skills
Well-developed stakeholder management skills
Polished negotiation skills
Detail orientated and always striving to deliver to the highest standards
